The 66 books of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired, inerrant and authoritative word of God. These books have been accurately preserved, are historically reliable, and serve as our ultimate authority to evaluate and measure all things.

There is one God who eternally exists as three unique and divine persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. God’s character is the foundation and standard of all justice, righteousness, and love. He is sovereign, all-knowing, and holy.

Every person—regardless of age, race, class, or gender—is created in the image of God. As such, every person exists with a unique status and dignity that is unmatched by the rest of creation. As God’s image-bearers, human beings are given the unique responsibility to represent God’s loving rule and reign on Earth.

Even though every person is created in the image of God, we are also born with a sinful nature that inclines our hearts away from God. We experience our sinful nature through broken bodies, disordered affections, and immoral behaviors. This creates a paradox for humanity: we are deeply loved and valuable, but we are also deeply broken and in need of a Savior.

Jesus Christ is the unique Savior of the world. He is truly God and truly man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died by Roman crucifixion, and was bodily resurrected three days later.

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity who indwells every born-again believer. The Holy Spirit empowers God’s people to progressively repent, persevere, and become conformed to the image of Christ.

Heaven and Hell are real places that exists as eternal destinations. The Bible describes heaven as the New Heaven and the New Earth — a redeemed creation in which all of those who trust in Christ will experience fellowship with God, each other, and the new creation. By contrast, Hell is eternal separation from God where God’s justice is fully served on those who have rejected His commands and chosen to perpetually live life on their own terms.

Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone to the glory of God alone. No one can earn their way into God’s acceptance; we are not saved by our good works. Instead, salvation is a gracious gift from God that is freely received through repentance and faith.

The Church is the bride of Christ, chosen and deeply loved by him. Every Christian should be connected to a healthy church in order to make disciples, love one another, and proclaim the glory of Jesus to a watching world.
